Ale
A group of beers that are made using a strain of yeast that
ferments at the top of a vat. A number of styles of ale exist,
amber ales, barley wines, bitter ales, cream ales, India pale
ales, lambics, porters, Scotch ales, stouts, Trappist ales, and
wheat beers, among them.
