Last weeks Survivor Nicaragua we saw some major drama, smashed bananas and a tearful goodbye to Jimmy Johnson.
To highlight the episode, we’ve got great survivor cocktails that all use Nicaragua’s Flor de Cana rum, the spirit of Nicaragua.
Flor De Cana is a great slow-aged rum that many mixologists, from New York to Miami to Los Angeles turn to when creating delicious cocktails.

At last night’s Tribal Counsel, after his entire team unanimously voted to send Jimmy home, the tribe had spoken. This cocktail gives a nod to Jimmy – using some traditional south-west ingredients like, cayenne pepper and cilantro! Take a sip of this cocktail and let’s together ask, who will lead The Espada?
