Ingredients you need

• 2 oz. Scotch
• Carbonated Water
• 1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar
• 1 spiral Orange
• Twist of peel of Lemon

How to make a Highland Cooler Dissolve powdered sugar in 2 oz. carbonated water in a collins glass. Add scotch and several ice cubes and stir. Fill with carbonated water and stir again.
