How to make a Creme De Laurier
Pound and blend the laurel leaves, myrtle flowers, cloves, and nutmeg; pour the brandy over them. Boil the sugar in enough water to make a syrup; allow to cool and combine with the spiced brandy. Strain and bottle for future use.
