Ingredients you need

• 1 oz. Irish Cream
• 1 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
• 1 oz. Goldschlager
• 0.25 oz. Sambuca
• 1 dash Nutmeg

How to make a Bailey's Comet Shake and strain Irish Cream, Butterscotch, and GoldSchlager into a cocktail glass. Float no more than 1/4 oz of Sambuca on top. Present cocktail to customer, and flame the Sambuca. Sprinkle nutmeg over flaming drink. The nutmeg will sparkle when it hits the flame, creating a dazzling presentation.
