Ingredients you need
  • 1 Lbs. Apricot (dried halves)
  • 1 Lbs. Sugar
  • 4 oz. Brandy
How to make a Apricot Brandy Boil the apricots whole in enough water to cover them; lower heat and simmer until tender. Remove the skins. Boil the sugar in enough water to make a syrup and pour it over the apriots. Allow to stand for at least a day. Pour out into a jug or large bottle; add the brandy, seal and store a year.
