Ingredients you need

• 4 oz. Cognac
• Several cinnamon stick
• 8 cloves
• 5 Sugar Cubes
• Outer Peel Of Orange
• Outer Peel Of Lemon
• 1 Pint Black Coffee

How to make a Café Brûlot Place all ingredients, except cognac and coffee, in a brûlot bowl or chafing dish. Soften sugar cubes with a little water and mash them into orange and lemon peelswith a muddler. Add warmed cognac and mix well with other ingredients in bowl.
