Ingredients you need

• 0.5 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. Kahlua
• 1 oz. Cream
• 3 oz. Carbonated Water

How to make a Think Tank Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients except Carbonated Water into shaker and shake well.
