Lemon Rose Bellini Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp Lemon Sorbet
1/2 oz Vodka - citrus
4 oz Champagne
2-3 Raspberries
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, sorbet and vodka if using. Shake vigorously. Add Champagne or rosé; stir gently. Strain into chilled Champagne flute. Top with raspberries.
